Experience an exciting journey through time into the world of "Ötzi - the Iceman". His life is authentically portrayed,
living and economic activities in the Neolithic Age. You can see replicas of huts, weapons and tools as well as old breeds of domestic animals.
Right next door is the bird of prey park, where flight demonstrations take place several times a day.
You can see eagles, buzzards, kites, falcons and other birds in flight, falcons and other bird species in flight.
The tower museum in Ötz displays over 5,000 objects from an art collection ranging from medieval to modern furniture, sculptures as well as pictures and paintings.
The historical rural culture is shown in the local history and open-air museum in Längenfeld/Lehn. There are 16 buildings that used to form the village centre.
In the old oven, however, fresh loaves of bread are still baked as in grandmother's time. The history of the Ötztal population is illustrated and made "tangible".
The memory store is located not far from the local history museum.
The foundation walls date back to the 2nd half of the 15th century and was opened as the memory of the Ötztal in 2013 after renovation work.
The Ötztal Legend Trail offers a literally legendary experience. From the starting point in Huben, the one-hour hike features 14 Ötztal legends
are depicted in sculptures up to 6 metres high. The family-friendly trail is particularly mystical in the evening hours due to the colourful lighting.

230 exhibits at the Top Mountain Motorcycle Museum. Integrated into the Top Mountain Crosspoint, the museum is situated at an altitude of over 2000m,
surrounded by a mighty mountain backdrop. The extravagant architecture of the complex at the foot of the Timmelsjoch is unparalleled anywhere in the world.
No less spectacular, the 007 Elements on the Gaislachkogel captivates visitors. A cinematic installation based around the work of James Bond in "Spectre".

Our region in the Tyrolean Oberland regularly attracts guests and locals with its traditional events.
Particularly worth seeing are the Kathreinerlauf in Sautens, the Haiminger Krampuslauf, the carnival parades in Sautens, Imst, Nassereith and Telfs. Funny plays are performed several times a year on various local stages.
Day trips, especially in bad weather, include the Schwaz silver mine, the Tyrolean capital Innsbruck with the Golden Roof, the Tarrenz miners' world, the Wattens Crystal Worlds, Neuschwanstein Castle in Bavaria, the circular painting on the Bergisel, Ehrenberg Castle World in Reutte, Trauttmansdorff Castle in Merano.
